Dear T-Mobile,

If you would like to lower your churn rate, here is what you must do.

1.) Get better phones AND
2.) Lower your prices OR
3.) Build a better network.

Here is the problem in a nutshell. Your network is not as good as Verizons(we have corporate accounts with both of companies and know this first hand.) Verizon’s prices have come down to be competitive with you. So at the same price, they have the better network. This means you lose. Before, you had the lower price, but they had the better network, so it was a toss up. Now they have the better network at the same cost. Unless this is fixed by the time our contracts come up for renewal, you will lose our business.
